Ron Harris is the founder and managing partner of Harris Realty Partners, LLC, a real estate sales and marketing company specializing in general real estate and the homebuilding industries. For more than 30 years, Ron has provided sales and marketing services to companies throughout North East Florida.  Ron is a Certified New Home Sales Professional (CSP) and also holds the designation of Certified New Home Marketing Propfessional (CMP).


In addition to sales and marketing, Harris has advised builders and developers in feasibility studies for new developments, site selection, acquisition, development and product selection. Having learned the business from the ground up, Harris has a proven track record of staffing and managing on site sales professionals.


Harris is active in the one of the nations largest and most successful Homebuilder Association's including board membership in the Sales & Marketing Council.


In addition to the Sales and Marketing experience, Harris is also a Florida State Licensed Certified General Contractor. For over 20 years, Harris has owned and operated a diversified construction company completing custom residential new homes and remodeling, historic home renovations and commercial build-out projects, all over the first coast.


Harris has been recognized for his contributions to the Northeast Florida Builders Association, Sales & Marketing Council.
